Who I am
I'm Chen Hang, a lawyer licensed to practice in China, based in Fuzhou. I represent foreign buyers, importers, and investors in their dealings with Chinese companies — supplier disputes, contract risk, and recovery.
Two things shape how I work. First, I was trained in both law and accounting, so I read a dispute as a money problem: what's provable, what it costs, what's realistically collectable. Second, my background is financial litigation and cross-border matters — the aggregate value of matters I have handled exceeds RMB 3 billion — so asset tracing, enforcement, and the structure of Chinese companies are daily tools, not theory.

A word on my international practice — said plainly
This is a young international-facing practice, and I won't pretend otherwise. The cross-border matters behind it are real and documentable — you'll find them in the list above and in the case studies on this site — but I am building this practice, not resting on a decades-old book of foreign clients.
If you need a firm that claims hundreds of cross-border cases, there are firms that say that. If you want a China-licensed lawyer who tells you plainly what I have and haven't done, works in English, thinks like an accountant, and treats your dispute as a recovery problem — that's me.
